3. Backstory – Gathering Era
Radiant was a trainee warrior from a small town in Gonie, Alkebulan.
As the Red Team captain, Radiant was present on L-Day– a fragment of a shooting star, one of the seeds of power, landed at her feet and gave her a superpower.
Radiant gained the power of Solar Empowerment – she absorbed the sun’s energy and became physically empowered (stronger, faster, more durable).
Every team captain was also given a different method for recruiting their team. The Red Team’s method was blood transmission – Radiant completed a ‘blood-kin’ ritual with each of the team, giving them their powers.
Radiant believed she’d been given these powers to unite Alkebulan. Over thenext 20 years she took control of her town’s armed forces, then her district’s then going on to conquer her region and the whole continent.
Her first recruits were her most loyal friends in her her home village, but the rest were selected from the most capable warriors and military leaders that joined her cause.
